Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange it.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. All returned products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

How to make a return

Returns are easy. Simply visit our returns portal and follow the steps to register your return or exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions by email.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, you can request this in the portal. If the item is in stock, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and processed. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You are welcome to use our return label or ship it back using a carrier of your choice.
